Here I am presenting Steve with a
very rare diecast model of Buddy's
2016 perfect season 22s car.
Steve quickly handed the car over to Buddy for an autograph
from the champ.
Steve handed me the microphone as I explained exactly what Dragsterjoe is all about and what it is that I do.
A chance to promote my business is always appreciated and Steve gave me that chance.

DRAGSTERJOE presents Kern County Raceway's Steve Hughes with a
special and very rare surprise.......
Steve Hughes is the media and marketing director as well as the race announcer at Kern County Raceway Park. During the 2016 season, he had several opportunities to interview Buddy Shepherd. 11 times to be exact as Buddy crushed the competition in the Late Model class by winning all 11 races to claim the title of 2016 champ.

2017 Shepherd's Daytona 500 Party
The 2017 Shepherd Daytona 500 Party giveaway car. Buddy's Southwest Tour Car (Retro Rocket)
This was the unveiling of the Retro Rocket replica model. One of only 4 made. The other 3 would be raffled off on this day.
Here I am presenting the Shepherd family with their own model.
Toby Tobias was the first lucky raffle winner.
Here was our second raffle winner.
Buddy's cousin took the 3rd raffle car home with her.
One thing you notice in all of these photos is there are a lot of smiles. It's always a great party and I am honored to be invited ! Thanks Dick, Kelly and Buddy for letting me be a part of it!
